The HC660 Series Safety Helmet is available in both non-vented and vented options. Made from durable Polycarbonate (Type 2) and featuring a comfortable 6-point terylene head harness, this helmet is engineered to provide superior protection against falling objects, heat, knocks, and bumps.
- Suitable for general use in industry for protection of the upper part of the wearers head
- The HC600 series safety helmet has been designed to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 1801 for shock absorption, resistance to penetration and lateral stiffness as well as ignition by flame. For a number of tests the helmet is pre conditioned to simulate Hot (50°C), Cold (-5°C) and Wet conditions
- Type 1 industrial safety helmets are suitable for general industry including construction, mining, forestry, heavy engineering and resource drilling
- The HC600 Series is certified to AS/NZS 1801:1997 Type 1 ABS, for general industrial use. Various 3M™ brand PPE combinations are Certified (including manufacturer’s certified accessories) to Australian/New Zealand standards
